Real women have curves
What's your idea of beauty? Do you want to be happy? Is what you're doing really worth it? Do you want to be starving, hungry, have bad breath and hate yourself? Or accept the fact that you are beautiful in your own way, no matter what people say?

Learning how to eat
I've recently
read many blogs about recovery recipies and all of them say the same. You MUST
gain weight.
First thing you need to know is you will be feeling really full, your body needs time to readapt to a healthy lifestyle after you gain some weight. It is completly normal to feel gross, weird, bloated and sometimes very guilty.
Learning how to eat again is one of the most difficult steps of recovery, it takes a lot of time and courage because your body isn't used to that alimentary habits anymore but it's all part of the process, you won't feel bad forever.

This may sound ironic but you need to forget about the calories counting and food, don't blame yourself, avoid comparing to others, you are beautiful in your own way and you don't need to keep starving to be pretty, you need to be happy. To forget
about your ED, think about something else and get distracted, everytime you feel you will be tempted or you feel you can't do it anymore, go out, take a walk, be with your friends, listen to a good song, do something usefull but stop focusing on your misery and pain because it will only get worse, get out.
A good way of making eating a good time is by cooking your own meals and make some fun recipies which I'll try to be posting later.

Ten most annoying things to say to someone with an eating disorder
- You’re not anorexic, you look fine!
- Just eat a balanced diet and exercise for thirty minutes a day, and you’ll be fine.
- I’m starting this new diet..
- Starving yourself is really bad for you *goes on to explain multiple things that starving can do to your body*
- I know how you feel, I almost never eat sweets apart from on special occasions because I feel fat.
- I know what you’re going through, I was anorexic for a week once
- There’s nothing wrong with doing lots of exercise.
- Just stop obsessing about weight
- I barely need any food, I never get hungry
- Anorexia is a disease that happens when someone gets really thin
