Real women have curves
What's your idea of beauty? Do you want to be happy? Is what you're doing really worth it? Do you want to be starving, hungry, have bad breath and hate yourself? Or accept the fact that you are beautiful in your own way, no matter what people say?

Learning how to eat
I've recently
read many blogs about recovery recipies and all of them say the same. You MUST
gain weight.
First thing you need to know is you will be feeling really full, your body needs time to readapt to a healthy lifestyle after you gain some weight. It is completly normal to feel gross, weird, bloated and sometimes very guilty.
Learning how to eat again is one of the most difficult steps of recovery, it takes a lot of time and courage because your body isn't used to that alimentary habits anymore but it's all part of the process, you won't feel bad forever.

This may sound ironic but you need to forget about the calories counting and food, don't blame yourself, avoid comparing to others, you are beautiful in your own way and you don't need to keep starving to be pretty, you need to be happy. To forget
about your ED, think about something else and get distracted, everytime you feel you will be tempted or you feel you can't do it anymore, go out, take a walk, be with your friends, listen to a good song, do something usefull but stop focusing on your misery and pain because it will only get worse, get out.
A good way of making eating a good time is by cooking your own meals and make some fun recipies which I'll try to be posting later.

Ten most annoying things to say to someone with an eating disorder
- You’re not anorexic, you look fine!
- Just eat a balanced diet and exercise for thirty minutes a day, and you’ll be fine.
- I’m starting this new diet..
- Starving yourself is really bad for you *goes on to explain multiple things that starving can do to your body*
- I know how you feel, I almost never eat sweets apart from on special occasions because I feel fat.
- I know what you’re going through, I was anorexic for a week once
- There’s nothing wrong with doing lots of exercise.
- Just stop obsessing about weight
- I barely need any food, I never get hungry
- Anorexia is a disease that happens when someone gets really thin

If others made it, you can do it
This is an article from Hollywood life about Demi Lovato.
Demi Lovato has
come a long way. After going
to rehab for an eating disorder and being diagnosed
with bipolar disorder, today, the X Factor judge is healthy,
strong and learning about herself every day.
Demi has found a great support system in
new friends that “have more interests than wanting to go to clubs and get
wasted.”
“I’ve spent the past two years getting over
an eating disorder and issues like self-harming and bipolar disorder. Unlike a
person who doesn’t have these problems, I have to work on this stuff every day.
I’m reminded of that whenever I eat or feel down.”

Demi continues to speak out for young girls
who struggle with their image. “I want girls to know that it’s OK when they
grow up and their body changes. I want them to be aware that certain things
they might do to lose weight can be dangerous — life-threatening, even.”
It definitely takes effort, but Demi is
willing to put in the time to help herself and others. ”You can choose to
work towards happiness or not. I used to expect it to come to me, but it takes
more than seeing a therapist once a week. I make time for myself and meditate.”

Recovery takes time
I am not a nutritionist, I am not a psicologist and I am not a doctor. But hopefully, you will be able to relate to this and find it usefull.
You probably know how it starts, at first it doesn't look like something you should worry about. " I'm fine" "It's my body, leave me alone" "It all starts very gently.
One day you become conscient about it, you asssume you have a problem but you still have it under control, nothing's wrong, you're not like those girls in the pictures where you can only see the bones and the cuts.
Next thing you know is that you do have and eating disorder but Who cares? You know it's wrong, but it's working. Except one day you realize how far you've come and it starts scaring you because you wish you could eat normally, you want to stop starving yourself but you're terrified of getting fat again. And that's when you start fighting against ED's.
First of all, you need to get something in your mind: it's not your fault! DO NOT BLAME YOURSELF!
There's nobody to blame, noone is guilty.
You already acomplished one of the most important steps to recovery: the "wanting to". And this is crucial because you must want it so bad that no matter how many times you fail and how hard it will be, you will NEVER GIVE UP. And you will try again. Recovery is not magical, it will take time. You must learn to feal comfortable about yourself, you need to truly believe that you are nothing less than beautiful.
The next step you need to take is the "coming out", telling people about your goal. It doesn't matter if you tell your best friend, your online friends or someone else but you need to convince yourself and have support. Get help!
What you have to do next is eliminate your support network, get rid of all the pro-ana and mia blogs, "thinspiration", unfollow the twitter accounts, the forums and everything that may bring negative thoughts again. It will feel easier and you won't have to resist temptation from the others while you're already fighting against yourself. Then try looking for something that inspires you, a passion, a hobby, find a motivation, listen to happy music, search inspirational quotes. Anything that makes you want to go on.
Finally, you must slowly have a rebalancing diet.
